Outdoor Living Space Addition

Our clients came to us with this great idea for updating their dated deck and back yard hardscapes. We helped produce the drawings and engineering necessary for permitting and then went to work bringing it to life off the paper. This beautiful and seamless addition is now our clients’ favorite spot to watch a ball game!

The project included

  • Tie-in of a new shingle roof to the existing structure.


  • A stamped and stained concrete patio floor.


  • Painted tongue and groove wood ceiling with stained wood beam.


  • Wood burning outdoor fireplace with log storage niches, stained wood mantle, and brick chimney.


  • Recessed outdoor lighting and ceiling fans.


  • Brick veneer on new walls and columns, painstakingly selected and faux stained for a perfect match to existing home’s discontinued brick.
