Ronnie, a Middle Tennessee native, graduated from Brentwood High School and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. His construction journey began early, working for his family’s masonry business and local homebuilders. After graduating, he served as a superintendent for a prominent production homebuilder. Later, he joined a commercial contractor in Las Vegas, where he gained valuable experience on high-profile projects such as The Pearl Concert Venue at The Palms and the $800 million Hard Rock Hotel expansion. After five years, he returned to Tennessee, focusing on residential renovations, commercial construction, and custom homes.
In 2019, Ronnie founded Allyn Building Company, LLC, driven by his passion and vision for creating exceptional structures.
